To become a participant or to access supplies and resources, please contact us by call or text at one of the following confidential numbers: 269-568-3658 or 269-568-3182. If you cannot reach someone on one of the lines, please try the other line. Even during open hours, calls and texts may not be answered immediately and we appreciate your patience.

If prompted to leave a voicemail, please leave your name and contact information and we will get back with you as soon as possible during available hours. We answer messages in the order they are received and do our best to respond to messages as soon as possible.

 

To become a participant, a brief intake questionnaire is required. You will only have to do the intake questionnaire once.
 

• We are available at the office on Miller Rd for supply pick-up by appointment on:
  Mondays: 10am - 4pm
  Wednesdays: 10am - 12pm
  Fridays: 10am - 4pm
  
  We are available for deliveries on:
  Tuesdays: 12pm - 4pm
  Thursdays: 12pm - 4pm
  
  On Wednesdays we are also available at the Drop-In Center at Ministry With Community from 1pm - 3:30pm.
  
  Unless otherwise stated, Kalamazoo Harm Reduction is closed on all observed holidays.
  
  Please Note: Deliveries will be fulfilled on a first call, first served basis. Same day delivery is not guaranteed. If you need a delivery, please try to schedule your appointment beforehand if you are able. Calls and texts may not be answered immediately.
  
  Due to increased demand for deliveries we ask that anyone who has access to transportation pick up supplies from our office on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday if able, rather than requesting a delivery. This will make it easier on us to provide deliveries to people who do not have access to transportation. We appreciate your understanding!
   

• Certain supplies may not be available at all times or may be limited based on demand. Donations allow us to afford a larger stock of supplies.
   

• We cannot distribute outside of Kalamazoo County. We also do not provide any transportation for participants at this time.
